You are an idiot if you think the teachers are the ones pushing for days off...
To be honest in most states where the schools are closed(I know for a fact in my state) the teachers were required to make lesson plans for the students to do via online for this time missed and be available via phone/email during regular school hours for student/parent questions/help ...Just extra workloads for the teachers who are on "vacation"...
Before you make base less statements about subjects you absolutely have ZERO knowledge of...THINK...
What I am not understanding are the people who in one breath are saying "don't blame Trump he didn't create this virus" are in their second breath blaming democrats, the media, unions, etc. I would at the very lest ask to keep it consistent. To say teachers are taking advantage of this situation is at the very lest laughable, people don't get into teaching who are lazy or looking for large financial gains, obviously....
I will say I was thrown aback by Trump saying he takes 0 responsibility for this, there is an old saying among leaders of "what happens on my watch" many leaders in many different aspects no matter if they realistically hold no blame, some of the blame or in the rare cases all of the blame, will tell you "I take all of the responsibility of what happens on my watch" I believe this is what Trump should have said, and it just at the very lest gave me the imaginary that when the boat is sinking Trump is the first guy in the lifeboat and not that man that goes down with the ship.
